The first time I held the Keep massage gun, its minimalist design felt familiar. Like other hardware products from Keep, it features a black-and-white design theme. The packaging details the product name, appearance, and functions. If you are new to this kind of product, the information on the box is sufficient to give you a basic understanding: a massage gun uses high-frequency vibrations to massage your muscles.
Inside the outer box, Keep provides a hard-shell carrying case for the massage gun and its accessories. All components — the gun, attachments, and charger — fit inside. This is a distinct feature of fitness products: due to the variety of workout environments, most fitness hardware is designed to be portable and self-contained. The hard case protects the gun from being squeezed when placed in a backpack, and the fabric covering prevents scratches during outdoor use.
Opening the case reveals all the accessories: four types of massage heads, a charger, and a user manual. Notably, Keep also includes a soft fleece pouch. When you only need to carry the massage gun along with one attachment, this pouch offers a smaller and more portable alternative.

The round head is the most commonly used — it is suitable for general muscle fascia, relatively soft, and works well on the chest, back, arms, and even the soles of the feet (which I’ve personally tried). The flat head is designed for large muscle groups; it is made of hard plastic and delivers higher pressure to stimulate deeper muscles after intense workouts. The small round head and U-shaped head are used less frequently — they are intended for trigger point therapy and for joints/spinal erector muscles, respectively.
